Married to Maria and dad to two great teenagers (Nina is 17, Adam is 15). I’m always balancing academia with family life. In my free time you’ll catch me doing jiu-jitsu, bouldering, taking photos or vanishing into the mountains (skiing in winter or long-distance hiking in summer) looking for that sweet spot of total disconnection and calm.
